Current Assignment:
This photo assignment is inspired by Charlie Waite's Program Night presentation, "Behind the Photograph", on September 18, 2023. All NSPS members are encouraged to participate, even if Charlie's presentation was missed.
Members are invited to create one or two (1-2) images where either: light is absolutely critical; or, attention to composition detail stands out as a key element in the image.
How to submit the MSA image(s):
Use the MSA upload form to submit 1-2 image(s) no later than Midnight Friday, October 27, 2023. Images will be viewed and discussed at the NSPS Zoom meeting on October 30, 2023.
What is 'My Shooting Assignment'? An opportunity for NSPS members to grab their camera and develop their skills by trying something new, and then submitting images to be shown at a subsequent Zoom meeting! Image-makers are asked to speak briefly about their image(s), as time permits.
NOTE: while members are encouraged to shoot new images for this assignment, if that is not possible then submitting images from pre-existing inventory is perfectly acceptable.
