NSPS members who have achieved Level 5 in a category (Digital Projection, Monochrome Print, or Colour Print) must receive one Certificate of Merit or eight Gold evaluations in that category within a club-year to achieve 5 Star Honour Roll status. To remain on the Honour Roll, members must re-qualify in that category each club-year.
