DESCRIPTION:This meeting will be held online using Zoom. The link and passcode are emailed no later than Noon on the meeting day. \n7:00 - 7:30 PM: Members and guests 'meet and greet' online in the meeting room\n7:30 PM: Meeting starts \nPresenter: Nic Stover \nProgram Title: Looking upon the Landscape with New Perspective \nDescription: \nNic Stover is based in San Luis Obispo and focuses on landscape photography classes and workshops along with selling custom and limited edition prints for businesses and homes.  Nic enjoys showcasing the dramatic coastal landscape and the amazing places that are unique to the Central Coast from sea caves to sand dunes. \nThis presentation focuses on the techniques used to capture the most commonly encountered nature and landscape scenes\, what the vision was for the scene\, and processing these images taking into account the variables that make each scene a little different from one another. \nThrough this presentation you will learn best practices of in field capture\, ways to help you discover how you could look at these distinct areas differently\, see some simple ways to discover new places\, and have greater confidence to express yourself in new ways. \nThe last portion will be a demonstration of the power of the local adjustments’ vs the global adjustments and how can you align depth\, texture\, luminosity\, sharpness\, and focus on your processing and by using the tools in Lightroom or Adobe Camera Raw. \nFor more on Nic\, go to https://www.stoverphoto.com \n\n\nAdmission is free for Members \n\n\n\nGuests are welcome to attend two complimentary meetings on non-Program Nights.
