DESCRIPTION:Tonight's presenter is: Kas Stone \nTopic: Making Meaningful Photographs \nDescription: Kas Stone is a photographer\, educator\, and writer based on Nova Scotia’s Atlantic coast. Her work explores themes of nature\, identity\, and the relationship between humans and the environment. With a background in geology and a deep connection to the landscapes she photographs\, Kas brings a thoughtful and artistic perspective to her craft. \nIn her presentation\, Kas will explore “Making Meaningful Photographs\,” a thought-provoking session that delves into the storytelling aspect of photography. She will teach how to create images that go beyond technical excellence to convey emotion and meaning. \n-------------------- \nThe BC/Yukon Inter-Club Speaker Series is available only to members of participating photography clubs in British Columbia and the Yukon. Admission is free to members of the North Shore Photographic Society.
